Role & Responsibilities
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process sales, returns and exchanges with accuracy and professionalism.
- Manage cash drawer and complete daily cash reconciliation and end-of-day deposits following company procedures.
- Deliver personalised, high-touch client service and clienteling appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
- Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation on the sales floor, ensuring stock is replenished and tagged correctly.
- Adhere to loss-prevention policies and escalate discrepancies or suspicious activity to store management.
- Assist with opening and closing store tasks, team briefings, and execution of promotional initiatives to meet sales targets.
- Accurately record transactions and customer information, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or customer service preferred.
- Right to work in the United States (work authorization required).
- Demonstrable numerical accuracy and experience in cash handling.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills suited to a luxury-brand environment.
- Ability to stand and be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and to work retail schedules including weekends and evenings.
- Proven reliability, integrity, and attention to detail.
