Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate the point-of-sale system to process sales, returns and exchanges with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Manage cash drawer and complete daily cash reconciliation and end-of-day deposits following company procedures.
  • Deliver personalised, high-touch client service and clienteling appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
  • Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation on the sales floor, ensuring stock is replenished and tagged correctly.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention policies and escalate discrepancies or suspicious activity to store management.
  • Assist with opening and closing store tasks, team briefings, and execution of promotional initiatives to meet sales targets.
  • Accurately record transactions and customer information, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or customer service preferred.
  • Right to work in the United States (work authorization required).
  • Demonstrable numerical accuracy and experience in cash handling.
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills suited to a luxury-brand environment.
  • Ability to stand and be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and to work retail schedules including weekends and evenings.
  • Proven reliability, integrity, and attention to detail.

Experience

1–3 years of cashier or retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, premium fashion, or specialty retail; prior exposure to POS systems and cash reconciliation in a fast-paced store environment is preferred.
