Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating their needs and providing personalized assistance
• Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador, supporting social media engagement and market presence
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and manage cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information within established protocols
• Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and standards
• Monitor stock levels, replenish sales floor displays, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with team members and management
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of prior retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales roles); preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
• Ability to read price sheets and product release sheets accurately
• Proficiency with walkie-talkie communication devices
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom spaces
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak season, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays

Skills

Experience

1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Experience in cashier operations, stock management, or direct sales roles is valued. A combination of relevant education and professional retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent is typically required; no additional formal education specified.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
