Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients through active listening, product knowledge and consultative selling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective clienteling and upselling of leather goods and accessories.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays and stock presentation reflect brand guidelines.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges and manage cash handling procedures.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through follow-up, appointment bookings and CRM entry to grow repeat business.
- Support stock management activities including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and shrinkage control.
- Contribute to store operational tasks such as opening/closing procedures, loss prevention and maintaining a pristine sales floor.
- Participate in product training, team meetings and brand initiatives to continuously improve product knowledge and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality client service in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Strong interpersonal presence with polished grooming and professional deportment appropriate to a luxury brand.
- Ability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, and flexibility to cover shifts as required.
- Legally authorised to work in the country of employment.
- Comfort with performance-driven targets and demonstrated ability to meet sales objectives.
- Reliable, punctual and capable of standing for extended periods within a fast-paced store environment.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level to mid-level candidates will be considered; 1+ year of retail experience preferred, with prior exposure to luxury, premium or fashion brands strongly advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, visual merchandising or customer service are a plus.
