Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance throughout the shopping experience
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local community; support social media engagement initiatives
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media transactions in compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; identify and report discrepancies; maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor stock, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor operations, respond to customer inquiries with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to all Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS systems, and Internet navigation
• Ability to read and interpret price sheets, product release sheets, and use walkie-talkies
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience in a customer-facing role such as cashier, stock associate, or sales associate. Experience in a luxury retail environment is highly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred; a combination of retail experience and education may be considered in lieu of formal credentials.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
