Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments and store transfers; report discrepancies and maintain accurate stock records.
- Manage stockroom organisation and cleanliness to ensure rapid retrieval and secure storage of merchandise.
- Replenish the sales floor, execute merchandising updates and maintain visual standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Operate POS, handle cash/media accurately and maintain an organised cash wrap following company policy.
- Support sales floor activities and customer requests; provide warm, professional client service when required.
- Promote add‑on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support local brand initiatives.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and safety protocols; perform periodic inventory counts as directed.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and moving product to support store operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales) — luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Proven accuracy handling cash/media and operating POS systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform routine physical duties.

At least one year of prior retail experience, ideally in a luxury or premium retail environment, with hands‑on exposure to cash handling, stockroom operations and customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, merchandising or customer service coursework preferred.
