Coach in North Charleston, SC seeks a part‑time Stockroom Associate. Hourly $15–$19.50; manage receiving, inventory and POS in a Coach retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers with warmth and professionalism and assist with transactional and product enquiries at the cash wrap.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately and manage cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
- Receive, unpack, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; document and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain stockroom organization, execute stock replenishment and visual merchandising updates on the sales floor.
- Suggest add‑on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information in accordance with policy.
- Support the sales floor during peak periods, respond to customer requests, and partner with colleagues and management to meet sales objectives.
- Adhere to housekeeping and Loss Prevention standards; perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
- Perform regular physical tasks including lifting (regularly up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs), bending, climbing and maneuvering within the sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive marketplace activity.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, internet).
- Strong attention to detail, organization and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience in roles such as cashier, stock associate, or sales advisor; prior luxury retail exposure preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
