Coach in Midland, Texas (Midland Park Mall) seeks a part-time Stockroom Associate II to manage inventory, receive shipments, and support sales-floor operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, process and organize incoming shipments and inter-store transfers; report discrepancies and maintain accurate receiving records.
- Manage stockroom inventory levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand standards.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; maintain cash wrap organization and handle cash/media in compliance with company policy.
- Support sales-floor activities by responding to customer requests, suggesting add-on products, and promoting gift cards when appropriate.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the sales floor and stockroom; adhere to Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
- Serve as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market, including supporting social media engagement and delivering polished customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stockroom, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
- Proficient with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and basic internet applications.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holiday periods and peak retail days.

At least 1 year of retail experience, including cashier or stockroom responsibilities; experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
