Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance at cash wrap and on the sales floor.
  • Operate POS and cash register systems accurately; maintain an organized cash wrap and handle cash/media in compliance with company policy.
  • Receive, process and organize inbound shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
  • Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to preserve brand presentation.
  • Support sales floor activities and respond confidently to customer requests, partnering with sales associates and management as needed.
  • Promote add-on products and gift cards and capture customer information when permitted to support CRM efforts.
  • Adhere to housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention guidelines; perform physical tasks including regular lifting (25 lbs) and occasional heavier lifts (up to 50 lbs).
  • Support local brand representation, including community-facing activities and social media engagement when requested.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock or sales); experience in luxury retail preferred.
  • Working knowledge of current fashion trends and awareness of marketplace competition.
  • Familiarity with POS and cash register systems; competence using iPad, Mobile POS and laptop for retail tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and perform stockroom and sales floor duties.

Experience

At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with exposure to cashiering, inventory handling or luxury retail service environments.

Education
