Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to achieve store sales and conversion targets during the temporary assignment.
- Assist clients with product selection, styling advice and follow-up to build relationships and drive repeat business.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash following store procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising, housekeeping and product presentation to brand standards; support replenishment and stock rotation.
- Support inventory activities including receiving, tagging, pricing and performing stock counts as directed.
- Collaborate with store leadership on daily priorities, meet opening/closing procedures and participate in training on brand product and clienteling tools.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing experience in retail; luxury or premium brands preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first attitude.
- Ability to learn brand product knowledge quickly and adhere to luxury retail presentation standards.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and peak periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
Previous retail experience is preferred, ideally 1+ year in a customer-facing role; candidates with strong client service skills from hospitality or premium retail will be considered for short-term assignments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study in fashion, merchandising or business is advantageous but not required.
