Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to achieve store sales and conversion targets during the temporary assignment.
  • Assist clients with product selection, styling advice and follow-up to build relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash following store procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, housekeeping and product presentation to brand standards; support replenishment and stock rotation.
  • Support inventory activities including receiving, tagging, pricing and performing stock counts as directed.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on daily priorities, meet opening/closing procedures and participate in training on brand product and clienteling tools.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer-facing experience in retail; luxury or premium brands preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first attitude.
  • Ability to learn brand product knowledge quickly and adhere to luxury retail presentation standards.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and peak periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
