Coach Ipoh, Malaysia: Service Crew position in our coffeeshop. Join our team to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a luxury brand environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take food and beverage orders with a consistently positive and helpful demeanor, answering menu inquiries and allergen-related questions
- Input orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments via card readers or cash registers, ensuring accurate change calculation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to prepare foods and beverages while adhering to cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness through table clearing, floor cleaning, utensil sanitization, and restroom servicing
- Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and calmly in accordance with restaurant policy
- Update signage and promotional displays to optimize customer engagement
- Conduct inventory management and replenish supplies in display cases, tables, and service stations
- Enforce all food safety regulations and quality control standards
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of documented experience in food and beverage preparation or service
- Demonstrated knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, portion sizes, and common allergen information
- Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-energy team environments
- Polite, engaging personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to adapt to varying roles and duties as operational needs require
