Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated sales support to the retail team, assisting client advisors with clienteling, order processing and follow-up to maximise conversion and client lifetime value.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions accurately, including special orders, exchanges and refunds; ensure strict adherence to cash-handling procedures.
  • Manage inventory activities: receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and discrepancy resolution in collaboration with store management and regional teams.
  • Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards and store presentation consistent with brand guidelines; support floor moves and seasonal resets.
  • Administer CRM entries and client records, ensuring data integrity and timely outreach for appointments, events and post-sale service.
  • Support loss prevention and compliance protocols by monitoring stockroom practices and reporting anomalies.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and assist with basic sales analytics to inform in-store strategies and stock decisions.
  • Act as a mentor to less experienced sales staff, providing coaching on product knowledge, client service and operational procedures when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion brands.
  • Demonstrable competency with point-of-sale operations and inventory control procedures.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail for accurate transaction processing and stock reconciliation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-service skills with a polished, professional demeanour.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays, and to stand for extended periods.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar tools for reporting and reconciliation.

Experience
