Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring adherence to brand standards and visual merchandising directives.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to maximize individual performance and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Drive sales through active selling, clienteling, and by cultivating long-term client relationships.
  • Execute merchandising, inventory control and replenishment processes to maintain product availability and presentation.
  • Manage cash handling, POS transactions and opening/closing procedures in accordance with company policy.
  • Monitor loss prevention practices and maintain store security and compliance standards.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, payroll inputs and operational reporting as required.
  • Resolve escalated client concerns with professionalism, preserving brand reputation and client retention.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in a retail or luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop retail sales teams to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and numerical aptitude for inventory and cash control.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.

Experience
