Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring adherence to brand standards and visual merchandising directives.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to maximize individual performance and deliver exceptional client service.
- Drive sales through active selling, clienteling, and by cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Execute merchandising, inventory control and replenishment processes to maintain product availability and presentation.
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions and opening/closing procedures in accordance with company policy.
- Monitor loss prevention practices and maintain store security and compliance standards.
- Assist with staff scheduling, payroll inputs and operational reporting as required.
- Resolve escalated client concerns with professionalism, preserving brand reputation and client retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in a retail or luxury environment.
- Proven ability to coach and develop retail sales teams to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and numerical aptitude for inventory and cash control.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead capacity, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion brand.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
