Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily sales-floor operations and drive sales KPIs through active coaching, motivation and performance management of the store team.
  • Deliver exceptional clienteling and personalised customer service to cultivate long-term client relationships and repeat business.
  • Coach, mentor and develop associates through on-the-job training, feedback and regular performance evaluations.
  • Execute visual merchandising and product presentation standards to uphold brand image and maximize product sell-through.
  • Manage operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation, inventory controls and loss-prevention practices.
  • Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage for peak trading periods, events and client appointments.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and corporate partners to implement promotional initiatives, CRM campaigns and localized client events.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, ideally within a premium or luxury brand environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales teams to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong client service orientation with experience in clienteling, CRM usage and driving repeat business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of resolving customer issues with professionalism.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday trading periods; ability to work a retail shift pattern.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years' retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead capacity; luxury or premium brand background preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, fashion retail or related field preferred.
