Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets using consultative selling and clienteling techniques.
  • Manage daily point-of-sale transactions, cash handling and accurate reconciliation in accordance with loss-prevention procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation to brand guidelines; assist with inventory, stock replenishment and receiving.
  • Build and cultivate a book of business through proactive outreach, CRM maintenance and follow-up to drive repeat purchase and client loyalty.
  • Support store operations, including opening/closing procedures, store upkeep and ad-hoc duties; mentor junior team members as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably 2–4 years in luxury fashion, accessories or leather goods.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation and phone etiquette.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
  • Right to work in the country of employment and ability to perform duties on the sales floor.

Experience

At least three years of frontline retail or luxury sales experience, with preference for candidates who have sold leather goods, handbags, accessories or comparable premium products and who can demonstrate sustained sales performance and client development.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, visual merchandising or luxury sales are advantageous.
