Coach Senior Sales Associate in Singapore — full-time retail role driving omnichannel sales, clienteling and social selling for the Coach brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and store sales performance by meeting and exceeding assigned sales and productivity targets.
- Act as a brand ambassador, consistently delivering the Coach Experience and modelling professional sales behaviours taught in company training.
- Execute omni-channel selling and virtual selling services, including appointment selling, Mobile POS and remote client interactions.
- Maintain high energy and visibility on the sales floor while servicing multiple customers simultaneously and anticipating their needs.
- Deliver personalised clienteling communications and actively acquire customer data to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
- Collaborate as a team member to encourage, coach and motivate colleagues to meet and exceed performance standards.
- Support and champion company initiatives and management decisions to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Contribute to a team culture that values inclusion—ensuring colleagues and customers feel seen and heard—and demonstrate professional ethics at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a luxury retail or premium service environment preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Proven competency with POS operation, Mobile POS, iPad and laptop use; basic computer literacy required.
- Practical experience using walkie-talkies, reading price/release sheets and performing moderate stockroom lifting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage customers and coordinate with the team.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Eagerness to learn live stream shopping techniques and to participate in short-form social selling content.
- Familiarity with social media trends and platforms and ability to leverage them for customer engagement.
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury or premium retail sales is required; prior frontline supervisory or management experience is preferable. Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets, omni-channel selling and clienteling is highly valued.
Education
Secondary education completed; diploma or certificate in retail, fashion or commerce preferred but not mandatory.

The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
