Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, brand-consistent customer service and act as an ambassador for Coach at all customer touchpoints.
  • Consistently meet or exceed personal sales and productivity targets and contribute to store performance.
  • Apply Coach sales methodologies including omnichannel selling and virtual selling to convert and retain clients.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and support Mobile POS experiences while maintaining high energy on the sales floor.
  • Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously and anticipate customers’ needs to personalise the shopping experience.
  • Drive clienteling and customer data acquisition to grow repeat purchase and loyalty communications.
  • Support and participate in live-stream shopping and short-form social content creation to amplify product storytelling.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture, encourage colleagues to meet performance standards, and champion company initiatives.
  • Adhere to professional ethics and Coach Experience service standards in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in a luxury retail environment preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and the competitive marketplace.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and Mobile POS on devices such as iPad and laptop; comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to engage customers and collaborate with team members.
  • Physical capability to perform moderate stockroom lifting and manoeuvre the sales floor safely.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
  • Demonstrated interest in social selling, live-stream formats and short-form video content creation.
  • Experience or aptitude for client data capture to support marketing and clienteling programmes.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

Established track record in retail sales within a fashion or luxury environment is required; previous supervisory or management experience in luxury retail is preferred.
