Role & Responsibilities
- Understand how individual productivity impacts overall store performance and metrics
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Coach values and aesthetic to all customers and stakeholders
- Model and execute sales behaviours taught in company training programmes, including omni-channel sales and virtual selling services
- Maintain high energy and professional presence on the sales floor throughout shifts
- Consistently achieve personal sales and productivity goals aligned with store targets
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously whilst ensuring personalised attention and service quality
- Anticipate and exceed customer needs through attentive listening and product knowledge

Qualifications

- Ability to operate walkie-talkies and read price sheets and product release information accurately
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with both customers and team members
- Physical capability to manoeuvre the sales floor, lift moderate stockroom items, and climb store shelving safely
- Ability to commit to a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn live stream shopping techniques and social selling capabilities
- Proficiency in social media platforms and a keen understanding of trending content and consumer behaviour online
- Strong proactive approach to customer data acquisition and brand loyalty programme sign-ups
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure retail environment

Experience
