Coach in Orlando, FL seeks a part-time Sales Associate III — frontline luxury retail role focused on clienteling, omnichannel selling, and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the first‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and team sales KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Use Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data, close sales and support omnichannel fulfilment (returns, exchanges, online pickup).
- Support daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, stockroom organisation and visual merchandising.
- Maintain sales floor presentation and asset protection procedures; process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Adapt selling approach to customer and business needs, manage multiple customers simultaneously and sustain high energy on the floor.
- Participate in brand trainings, inclusion initiatives and store projects; assist teammates across functional areas when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer/mobile devices (iPad, Mobile POS); comfortable with walkie‑talkie communications.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Familiarity with clienteling, data acquisition and social selling techniques (live‑streaming or video demos preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success meeting individual sales targets and using clienteling/omnichannel tools is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training, retail certifications, or college coursework in fashion, merchandising, or a related discipline preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
