Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience through expert product knowledge and attentive clienteling across in-store and digital touchpoints.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and strategic upselling.
- Manage customer transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using point-of-sale systems and standard cash-handling procedures.
- Support visual merchandising and floor standards to present seasonal assortment and storytelling aligned with brand guidelines.
- Maintain and update client records within CRM, follow up on leads and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving procedures and loss-prevention protocols.
- Participate in product training, store meetings and promotional events; mentor junior associates when applicable.
- Contribute to store operations tasks including opening/closing duties, compliance with brand processes and ensuring a polished sales floor environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/retail or fashion-related training preferred.
- At least 2 years of proven retail experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion brands.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and to build sustained client relationships.
- Impeccable personal presentation, professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the hiring country.
