Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience through proactive clienteling, relationship-building and follow-up.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while maintaining commercial awareness of trends and inventory.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation in line with brand guidelines.
  • Process transactions accurately using the store POS and handle cashing, returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Assist in planning and executing client events, private appointments and in-store activations.
  • Mentor and support junior sales staff; share product knowledge and best practices to elevate team performance.
  • Contribute to store operational tasks including opening/closing procedures and daily reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of retail sales success, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-first orientation and polished presentation.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Comfort with handling transactions and maintaining confidentiality of client information.

Experience
