Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, bespoke client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and cross-selling.
- Execute merchandising directives to maintain visual standards, including window displays, floor sets and product presentation.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage cash handling and daily reconciliation.
- Manage stock: receive deliveries, perform inventory counts, replenish the sales floor and report discrepancies.
- Support store operational activities including opening/closing procedures, store upkeep and adherence to loss-prevention policies.
- Participate in in-store events, product launches and VIP client appointments to drive traffic and sales.
- Mentor junior staff when required and contribute to a collaborative team environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in luxury fashion or premium accessories, preferably within a boutique environment.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong guest-service orientation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- High integrity, strong attention to detail and familiarity with loss-prevention best practices.

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on sales experience in luxury retail or boutique environments, with demonstrable achievement against sales targets and experience using clienteling methods and store CRM tools.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or coursework in fashion, retail or business is preferred.
