Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store sales and achieve individual and team KPIs through proactive clienteling and personalised service.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships via follow-up, CRM records and personalised styling advice.
  • Execute visual merchandising and product presentation standards to reflect brand image and seasonal directives.
  • Process transactions, handle cash and POS operations accurately, and support store opening/closing procedures.
  • Support inventory management including replenishment, stockroom organisation and loss-prevention practices.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales staff, sharing product knowledge and best practices to elevate team performance.
  • Act as an ambassador for brand initiatives and participate in promotional events or client experiences as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in luxury or premium retail sales with demonstrable clienteling results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished, service-oriented demeanour.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and familiarity with point-of-sale procedures.
  • Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Professional presentation consistent with a luxury brand environment.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or qualifications in retail, fashion or luxury brand management preferred.
