Coach Senior Sales Associate — full-time retail role at Coach Trafford Centre, Manchester. Deliver omni‑channel sales, clienteling and exceptional customer service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales and productivity targets through exemplary selling and clienteling.
  • Deliver the Coach Experience by anticipating customer needs, providing personalised service and modelling brand behaviours.
  • Execute omni‑channel selling, including in‑store, virtual selling and Mobile POS transactions.
  • Engage customers to capture marketing and clienteling data to drive repeat purchase and loyalty.
  • Maintain high energy and professional presentation on the sales floor while servicing multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Support and participate in team objectives, encouraging colleagues to meet and exceed performance standards.
  • Champion company initiatives and uphold professional ethics and brand standards.
  • Contribute to social selling activities, live stream shopping and short‑form video content when required.
  • Operate store systems and equipment (POS, iPad/Mobile POS, walkie‑talkie) and assist with basic stockroom tasks.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail selling; previous management experience in a luxury retail environment is preferable.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitor landscape.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, Mobile POS and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.
  • Comfortable with live stream and social selling activities and familiar with social media trends.
  • Physical ability to perform moderate lifting and store climbing duties.

Experience

Proven retail sales experience in a luxury or premium environment with a track record of meeting sales targets; prior supervisory or management experience in store operations is desirable. Demonstrated familiarity with omni‑channel selling, clienteling and digital/social selling formats.

No formal educational credential required; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
