Coach is hiring a Senior Sales Associate at Coach Manchester Airport, UK — drive omnichannel sales, deliver the Coach Experience, and support clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and store sales performance by consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales and productivity targets.
- Act as a visible brand ambassador on the sales floor, embodying Coach selling skills and Coach Service training.
- Model and apply company sales methodologies including omnichannel selling and virtual/remote customer engagement.
- Maintain high energy and service standards while managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Anticipate customer needs and deliver the Coach Experience, ensuring repeat purchase and loyalty.
- Capture customer data and actively enrol clients into brand marketing and clienteling communications.
- Support team performance by participating as an engaged team member and fostering an inclusive culture.
- Participate in social selling initiatives and live stream shopping activities, creating short-form product content when required.
- Champion company initiatives, support management decisions, and act with professional ethics at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a luxury retail environment preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activity within the marketplace.
- Proven competence operating POS systems and mobile POS devices; basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
- Clear oral and written communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Physical ability to perform moderate stockroom lifting and mobility around the sales floor; comfortable with store climbing requirements.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Familiarity with social media trends and willingness to participate in social selling and live-stream formats.
- Strong English language proficiency (required for EU roles).
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury or premium retail sales is required; supervisory or management experience is preferred. Demonstrated success with POS operations, omnichannel customer interaction, clienteling and meeting measurable sales targets is expected. Experience producing short-form social content or participating in live-stream selling is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related vocational qualifications desirable. A combination of education and substantial relevant experience will be considered.
