- Physical capability to work the sales floor, manage moderate stockroom lifting, and navigate store environments
- Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Willingness to learn live stream shopping techniques and social selling methods
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and emerging trends
- Strong English language proficiency
