Role & Responsibilities

  • Understand how individual productivity impacts overall store performance and contribute to achieving store sales and productivity goals
  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and model professional conduct that embodies the Coach brand values
  • Apply Coach-specific selling skills and service training, including omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
  • Maintain high energy and enthusiasm on the sales floor while serving multiple customers simultaneously
  • Consistently meet and exceed personal sales targets and performance objectives
  • Anticipate and address customer needs proactively while delivering service aligned with Coach Experience standards
  • Champion Coach initiatives, support management decisions, and drive outstanding customer service ownership
  • Participate actively as a team member, fostering an inclusive culture where all employees feel seen and heard
  • Engage customers in brand marketing and clienteling communications to drive repeat purchase and loyalty

Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable; a combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market positioning
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members, both orally and in writing
  • Social media knowledge and keen understanding of trends across social media platforms
  • Physical capability to navigate sales floor and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements
