Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations in support of the Store Manager, ensuring smooth service delivery across the sales floor.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales advisors to achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales targets, conversion and average transaction value.

Qualifications
