Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations in support of the Store Manager, ensuring smooth service delivery across the sales floor.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales advisors to achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales targets, conversion and average transaction value.
  • Deliver exemplary clienteling: cultivate, retain and grow high-value client relationships through proactive outreach and personalised service.
  • Drive visual merchandising and product presentation standards to reflect brand guidelines and optimise selling opportunities.
  • Manage cash handling, POS transactions and till reconciliation with strict adherence to loss-prevention protocols.
  • Support inventory control activities including stock receives, cycle counts and shrinkage reduction initiatives.
  • Create and maintain staff schedules to meet business needs while controlling labour costs.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new hires, reinforcing brand values and selling techniques.
  • Escalate and resolve customer complaints and operational issues in a timely, service-focused manner.
  • Contribute to store-level reporting and briefings for management on performance, trends and client feedback.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership ability with a track record of coaching and developing retail sales teams.
  • Demonstrable sales achievement and aptitude for meeting and exceeding targets in a retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong client service orientation.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years' retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role; experience in luxury or premium retail is strongly preferred.
