Coach is hiring a Senior Sales Associate in Kildare, Ireland to drive omni‑channel sales and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and consistently exceed personal and store sales targets through proactive selling and client engagement.
- Deliver the Coach Experience by applying company sales techniques and Coach Service standards across all customer interactions.
- Model and coach omni‑channel behaviours including in‑store, virtual selling and social selling initiatives.
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high energy and professional presentation on the sales floor.
- Drive customer acquisition for marketing and clienteling communications to convert repeat purchases and build loyalty.
- Support store leadership in implementing company initiatives, foster a collaborative team culture and act as a brand ambassador.
- Participate in live‑stream and social selling activities: present products, demonstrate features and create short filmed content.
- Perform basic operational tasks including POS transactions, stockroom duties and light lifting in line with store procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a luxury retail environment preferred; combination of relevant education and experience considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics.
- Proven ability to meet sales and productivity targets in a fast‑paced retail setting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
Previous luxury retail experience is required; supervisory or management experience is preferred. Demonstrable success meeting sales targets and familiarity with omni‑channel selling and social selling activities is highly desirable.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of relevant retail education and demonstrable industry experience will be considered.
