Coach Senior Sales Associate position in Hong Kong. Drive luxury retail sales and exceptional customer experiences at a global fashion house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Understand how individual productivity impacts store performance and actively contribute to achieving sales and service goals
- Serve as a brand ambassador and model Coach values through professional ethics and inclusive team culture
- Execute sales behaviors from company training programmes, including omni-channel sales and virtual selling services
- Maintain high energy and presence on the sales floor, consistently achieving personal sales targets
- Work effectively with multiple customers simultaneously while anticipating and exceeding their needs
- Service all customers according to Coach Experience standards and best practices
- Champion live stream shopping initiatives, product demonstrations, and social selling video content
- Engage customers actively in brand marketing and clienteling programmes to drive repeat purchases and loyalty
- Participate as a committed team member, supporting the team to meet and exceed performance standards
- Support management decisions and company initiatives, driving outstanding customer service
- Demonstrate professional conduct and accountability in all interactions
Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience in luxury retail service environment preferable
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and walkie-talkie communication
- Ability to read price sheets and release documentation accurately
- Effective oral and written communication skills with customers and team members
- Physical capability to navigate sales floor, perform stockroom lifting, and meet moderate store climbing requirements
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn live stream shopping techniques and create short-form video content
- Active social media knowledge with keen understanding of trending platforms
- Strong English language proficiency

Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable; however, a combination of demonstrated retail experience, strong customer service background, and proven sales achievement will be considered.
