Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador for the brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, follow-up and clienteling to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and team sales KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream formats) to capture customer data and convert demand.
- Support daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory cycles, receive shipments and replenish stock.
- Maintain an organized, visually compliant sales floor and stockroom; perform inventory processing, visual merchandising and cash-wrap duties.
- Adopt a flexible, service‑oriented approach on the sales floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Participate in brand initiatives and training programs, foster a collaborative team environment and contribute to inclusion activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and clienteling platforms.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience or aptitude for short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical retail tasks (climbing, bending, kneeling).

Experience
At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience; prior luxury or fashion retail experience is preferred. Track record of meeting sales targets and familiarity with omnichannel retail workflows is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary study in fashion, retail, merchandising or a related field preferred but not required. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
