Coach seeks a Senior Sales Associate in London. Luxury retail role combining sales excellence, customer service, and omnichannel engagement at flagship Regent Street location. £31,200–£33,000 annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals while contributing to overall store performance targets
  • Deliver service experiences that consistently meet or exceed Coach Experience standards
  • Model sales behaviors and techniques taught in company training programmes, including omnichannel and virtual selling services
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Anticipate and address customer needs with professionalism and attentiveness
  • Actively engage customers in brand marketing and clienteling communications to drive repeat purchase and loyalty
  • Participate in live stream shopping demonstrations, introduce products, and contribute to social content creation
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and role model for team members and company initiatives
  • Contribute to a team culture of inclusivity in which all colleagues feel seen and heard
  • Demonstrate professional ethics and support management decisions in driving outstanding customer service

Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Proficiency with POS systems, iPad/laptop and Mobile POS, walkie-talkie communication, and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with customers and team members
  • Ability to work flexibly including nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak trading periods
  • Physical capability to navigate the sales floor, perform stockroom lifting, and manage store climbing requirements
  • Eagerness to learn live stream shopping techniques and develop social media selling capabilities
  • Strong social media awareness and understanding of current trends across digital platforms
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment

Experience
