Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive individual and store productivity whilst understanding impact on overall retail performance
  • Demonstrate consistently high-energy presence on the sales floor and model Coach selling behaviours across all channels, including omni-channel and virtual services
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets whilst managing multiple customers simultaneously
  • Anticipate and exceed customer needs by delivering service aligned with Coach Experience standards
  • Participate as an engaged team member, encouraging colleagues to meet and exceed performance benchmarks
  • Foster inclusive team culture in which all members feel valued, seen, and heard
  • Support management initiatives and company decisions with ownership and accountability

  • Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Ability to read and interpret price and release sheets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Eagerness to develop live stream shopping and social video content creation skills
  • Demonstrated social media knowledge and understanding of emerging platform trends
  • Capacity to work safely in stockroom environments with lifting and climbing requirements
