Role & Responsibilities
- Understand how individual productivity impacts overall store performance and actively drive sales results
- Behave as a brand ambassador and consistently represent Coach values to customers and internal stakeholders
- Model sales behaviours taught in company training programmes, including omni-channel and virtual selling services
- Maintain high energy and enthusiasm on the sales floor whilst engaging customers effectively
- Consistently achieve personal and store sales goals through strategic customer engagement
- Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously with professionalism and attentiveness
- Anticipate and fulfil customer needs in alignment with Coach Experience standards
- Participate actively as a team member and encourage colleagues to meet and exceed performance standards
- Contribute to building an inclusive team culture where all employees feel valued and heard
- Champion company initiatives and support management decisions to deliver outstanding customer service

Qualifications
- Previous management or senior-level experience in a luxury retail service environment (combination of education and professional experience considered)
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with POS systems, iPad/laptop operation, Mobile POS technology, walkie-talkies, and ability to read price and release sheets
- Effective oral and written communication skills with customers and team members
- Ability to meet moderate physical requirements including stockroom lifting and store climbing
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
- Eagerness to learn live-stream shopping techniques and participate in social selling video content creation
- Social media literacy with keen understanding of trends across social platforms
- Proficiency in English language (strong fluency required)
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments
