Role & Responsibilities
- Understand how individual productivity impacts store performance and contribute to achieving sales, productivity, and service goals
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Coach values and delivering the Coach Experience consistently across all customer interactions
- Model sales behaviors from company training programmes, including omni-channel selling and virtual selling services
- Maintain high energy and engagement on the sales floor while managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Consistently achieve personal sales and productivity targets while anticipating and meeting customer needs
- Service all customers according to Coach Experience standards, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Participate as an active team member, encouraging colleagues to meet and exceed performance standards
- Contribute to building an inclusive team culture where all employees feel seen, heard, and valued
- Champion company initiatives and support management decisions, driving outstanding customer service ownership
- Actively engage customers in brand marketing and clienteling communications to drive repeat purchase and loyalty through Customer Data Acquisition
- Demonstrate professional ethics and comportment at all times
Qualifications
- Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace analysis
- Experience with POS systems, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to read price and release sheets
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members both orally and in writing
- Physical capability to maneuver the sales floor and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements
- Flexibility to work a schedule accommodating business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
- Strong English language proficiency
Skills
Experience
Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable. Demonstrated success in driving sales targets, customer satisfaction, and team collaboration within a high-end retail setting is expected. Familiarity with contemporary digital selling platforms and social commerce is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant retail certifications are valued but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 32,000 to EUR 36,000 per annum.
