Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store KPIs through proactive client outreach and in‑store selling.
  • Develop and maintain a high‑value client base using clienteling techniques and CRM tools to maximise repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service consistent with Coach’s luxury positioning, including product knowledge and styling guidance.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and displays reflect brand directives and seasonal updates.
  • Execute operational tasks such as opening/closing procedures, inventory control, stock replenishment and loss prevention measures.
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team on promotional events, private client appointments and omnichannel fulfillment (click & collect/ship from store).

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of high performance in retail sales, preferably within accessible‑luxury or premium fashion brands.
  • Strong clienteling skills with demonstrable ability to grow and retain a book of business.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with polished presentation.
  • Reliable availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak season periods.
  • Ability to work standing for extended periods and to assist with light stock handling and merchandising.
