Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store KPIs through proactive client outreach and in‑store selling.

- Deliver exceptional, personalized service consistent with Coach’s luxury positioning, including product knowledge and styling guidance.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and displays reflect brand directives and seasonal updates.
- Execute operational tasks such as opening/closing procedures, inventory control, stock replenishment and loss prevention measures.
- Collaborate with the store leadership team on promotional events, private client appointments and omnichannel fulfillment (click & collect/ship from store).
Qualifications
- Proven track record of high performance in retail sales, preferably within accessible‑luxury or premium fashion brands.
- Strong clienteling skills with demonstrable ability to grow and retain a book of business.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with polished presentation.
- Reliable availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak season periods.
- Ability to work standing for extended periods and to assist with light stock handling and merchandising.

Typically requires 3+ years of sales experience in luxury, premium or fashion retail with documented achievement of sales targets and experience in client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion, merchandising or a related field preferred.
