Role & Responsibilities
- Understand how individual productivity impacts store performance and actively contribute to achieving collective sales, productivity, and service goals
- Model sales behaviors and techniques taught in company training programmes, including omni-channel selling, virtual services, and live-stream shopping
- Consistently achieve personal sales targets and maintain high energy on the sales floor throughout shifts
- Service all customers according to Coach Experience standards and anticipate customer needs consistently
- Work with multiple customers simultaneously while delivering personalised attention and building lasting relationships
- Actively engage customers in brand marketing communications and loyalty programmes to drive repeat purchase
- Participate as a collaborative team member, encouraging colleagues to meet and exceed performance standards and contributing to inclusive team culture
- Champion company initiatives and support management decisions with ownership of outstanding customer service
- Demonstrate professional ethics and represent Coach as a brand ambassador to all customers and stakeholders
- Prepare content for social selling initiatives and participate in short-form video production under guidance of the social selling team
Qualifications
- Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment preferable, though a combination of education and operational experience will be considered
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with POS systems, iPad/laptop and mobile POS terminals, walkie-talkie operation, and ability to read pricing and release sheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse customer and team audiences
- Physical capability to maneuver the sales floor and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store-climbing requirements
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn live-stream shopping techniques and social media content creation
- Social media literacy and keen understanding of trends across major platforms
- Ability to work flexibly including nights, weekends, peak trading periods, and public holidays as required by business needs

Experience
Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable; however, a combination of demonstrated retail experience, strong customer service background, and proven sales achievement will be considered as alternatives. Candidates should evidence proficiency in POS and digital retail tools, and comfort with evolving omni-channel retail practices including virtual and social selling channels.
