Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a best-in-class client experience through personalised service, proactive clienteling and after-sales follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Manage daily store operations including POS transactions, cash handling, stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
  • Support loss-prevention procedures and ensure compliance with company policies on returns and authenticity.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales staff, participate in training and contribute to a collaborative store environment.
  • Participate in store events, client appointments and outreach activities to grow the client base.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion or accessories.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong numeracy and cash-handling skills with familiarity operating POS systems.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills; professional appearance aligned with brand standards.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
