Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and upselling of accessories, leather goods and complementary items.
  • Execute visual merchandising and floor standards to brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive, high-end store environment.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions and manage returns and exchanges in accordance with policy.
  • Manage inventory responsibilities including receiving, replenishment, stock accuracy and cycle counts to minimise shortages.
  • Support store events, product launches and trunk shows, representing the brand with professionalism and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention measures and maintain secure handling of high-value merchandise.
  • Collaborate with the store team and leadership to share market feedback and improve client experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in retail sales, preferably within premium or luxury fashion or accessories.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to convert customer interactions into measurable sales results.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and strong commitment to brand standards.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
