Coach Korea seeks Senior Manager of Visual Merchandising in Seoul. Lead strategic merchandising execution, drive brand growth, and build high-performing teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic execution of Korea-wide visual merchandising strategy, connecting business outcomes across people, financial, and customer dimensions
  • Drive brand-building initiatives that create measurable value for stakeholders and support sustainable brand growth
  • Identify and capitalize on key growth opportunities through cross-functional partnerships and innovative retail strategies
  • Build and develop an effective, inclusive visual merchandising team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and open communication
  • Attract, upgrade, and cultivate team talent while establishing sustainable pipelines for organizational growth
  • Collaborate across cultures and geographies with global and regional visual merchandising teams to deliver cohesive, mutually beneficial outcomes

Education

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent professional certification in luxury retail management) preferred.
