Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of retail store concepts in Greater China, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including real estate, sales, and business development to optimize store layouts and enhance customer experience.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure successful store openings and renovations.
- Engage with external vendors and contractors to ensure design specifications are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of design trends and competitor activities in the retail sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail store design, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in store design, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
