Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and execute streamlined processes to optimize inventory flow across the network.
  • Drive shipment planning for fulfillment centers and analyze variances to the shipment plan.
  • Partner with Supply Chain Finance and Fulfillment Center Operations to plan and optimize storage and throughput capacity.
  • Manage obsolescence and execute end-of-life strategies.
  • Serve as a liaison between various departments for end-of-life management and shipment optimization.
  • Lead the Operations & Logistics team to communicate inventory needs to Finance, FC Ops, Store & Ecommerce Operations Teams.
  • Craft and manage weekly/monthly store shipment plans based on financial targets.
  • Model DC capacity and ensure strategies support and optimize storage and throughput capacity.
  • Communicate product availability, transfers, consolidations, and re-ticketing efforts to cross-functional partners.
  • Execute bi-annual obsolescence reviews and manage product end-of-life exit strategies.
  • Drive product lifecycle initiatives with business unit partners and merchandising.
  • Streamline processes and maintain existing reporting.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of analytical experience in allocation, merchandise, demand, or inventory planning.
  • Experience leading a team and influencing cross-functional peers.
  • Experience in developing and implementing inventory planning policies and analyzing KPIs.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel; experience with MicroStrategy, Tableau, and SAP preferred.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools like MicroStrategy and Tableau.

Experience

5+ years of analytical experience in allocation, merchandise, demand, or inventory planning, with leadership experience.

A combination of education and experience will be considered.
