Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of retail fixtures to enhance brand presence and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including retail design, procurement, and merchandising to ensure cohesive execution of store environments.
  • Oversee the fixture design process from concept through to implementation, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of fixtures.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the fixture design team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in fixture design within the luxury retail sector.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and quality.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of experience in fixture design, preferably within the luxury retail industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field.
