Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and motivate the sales floor team to achieve sales targets, KPIs and exceptional client engagement.
  • Deliver a consistent, elevated clienteling experience through personalised service, follow-up and relationship management.
  • Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, visual merchandising and inventory control.
  • Train new hires and conduct ongoing performance development, store briefings and skills coaching.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, presentation guidelines and loss-prevention policies.
  • Coordinate staffing and scheduling to optimise coverage during peak trading and promotional periods.
  • Communicate sales performance, client feedback and operational issues to the Store Manager and collaborate on action plans.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion brand.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with demonstrated ability to develop front-line talent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in cash handling, point-of-sale procedures and basic inventory management.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holiday trading periods.

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or degree in retail management, business or fashion is preferred.
