Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive individual and store sales through proactive client engagement, upselling and closing techniques to meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Cultivate and manage a portfolio of clients using high-touch clienteling practices, maintaining lasting relationships and delivering personalised service for VIP customers.
  • Deliver exemplary luxury customer service, ensuring an elevated in-store experience aligned with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Support merchandise presentation and stock management, including floor replenishment, inventory control and receiving processes to optimise product availability.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges while adhering to loss-prevention procedures.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales colleagues, share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of sales techniques and store performance.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on local marketing initiatives, events and client appointments to maximise footfall and conversion.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of high-performance sales in luxury or premium retail environments.
  • Demonstrable clienteling experience with the ability to cultivate and retain high-value customers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first orientation.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the hiring country.

Experience
