Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, personalized client service and support the sales team in meeting store KPIs and conversion targets.
  • Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the store POS system and handle cash and card operations in accordance with company procedures.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and assist with window and floor displays to maintain brand presentation.
  • Support inventory management activities including receiving, replenishment, stock counts and back-of-house organization.
  • Assist with clienteling activities: update customer records, schedule follow-ups and prepare merchandise for appointments or private viewings.
  • Provide operational support during peak trading periods, events and promotions, including queue management and gift-wrapping.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention policies, maintain store housekeeping and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail, fashion or hospitality advantageous.
  • Previous retail or luxury boutique experience preferred; customer-facing roles with proven service delivery may substitute.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods; ability to work variable hours on a temporary contract.
  • Strong numeracy, attention to detail and an ability to operate POS systems accurately.
  • Right to work in the hiring country and capacity to start on short notice for temporary assignments.
