Coach seeks a Sales Support Associate to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence across the retail environment. This role encompasses cash wrap operations, customer engagement, inventory management, and visual merchandising—essential functions supporting the store's efficiency and brand experience. The incumbent will welcome clients with professionalism, process transactions accurately, maintain stockroom organization, and execute visual updates while upholding loss prevention standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance
- Serve as an internal and local brand ambassador; support social media engagement initiatives
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift card programs, and capture customer information in accordance with guidelines
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies promptly and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Monitor stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support all sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with team members and management
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to loss prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales roles) preferably in luxury retail
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop and mobile POS systems
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays as business needs dictate

Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience, including cashier work, stock management, or sales—preferably within a luxury retail service environment. Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience may be substituted.
