Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, client-focused service on the sales floor, greeting customers and responding to product inquiries.
- Support sales associates by processing transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the store POS system.
- Execute clienteling activities including capturing client data, following up on requests and assisting with appointments.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards: replenish displays, fold and steam merchandise and ensure the sales floor remains immaculate.
- Manage stockroom operations including receiving, organizing and preparing inventory for floor replenishment.
- Assist with in-store events, product launches and promotional activities as required.
- Prepare basic sales and inventory reports and communicate daily observations to store management.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, cash handling and brand security procedures at all times.
Qualifications

Experience
Preferably 1+ year of retail or luxury sales experience; prior seasonal or temporary retail roles and clienteling experience are advantageous.
